• General usage information such as pages visited, features used, and time spent in the App
• Device type, browser type, and IP address

e) Payment Information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and personalize the My Riding Coach experience
• Generate AI coaching responses tailored to your profile, goals, and ride history
• Process your subscription payments through Stripe
• Send you important account-related communications (e.g., subscription confirmation, renewal notices)
• Improve and develop the App over time
• Respond to your support requests or questions

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. AI Coaching and Your Data

The AI coaching feature uses the information you provide in your profile and ride journal entries to generate personalized advice. This data is sent to a third-party AI provider (currently Anthropic) to process your requests. By using the coaching features, you consent to this data being processed by our AI provider in accordance with their privacy policies.

We do not use your ride journal data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may have access to your data as necessary to provide the App:

• Stripe — Payment processing
• Google — Optional Google login (OAuth)
• Anthropic — AI coaching response generation
• Lovable — App hosting and infrastructure

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and improve your experience. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, though some features of the App may not function properly as a result.

7. Children's Privacy

My Riding Coach is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You have the right to:
