Safety Disclosure
Horseback riding and handling horses carry inherent risks of serious injury or death, even for experienced riders on familiar horses. Always wear a properly fitted helmet and appropriate footwear, and ride within your current ability.
My Riding Coach is not a substitute for professional in-person riding instruction. If an exercise feels unsafe for you or your horse, don't do it — ask a qualified instructor or trainer to help you in person.
Your coach never provides a medical diagnosis. For lameness, injury, weight loss, behavior changes, or anything that concerns you about your horse's health, consult your veterinarian.
